    you can, but you probably could only gamble 3% or so on it (ele+14%, cd+18, cd+3%) to have relatively acceptable success rates (it's still probably quite a bit less than 1 in 3)

    ~63k for fc18
    You can just push everything to +18 in one step on coryn's statting simulator and it'll give you the mana cost

    There aren't any other negatives you can do other than -% damage to elem, -accuracy, -accuracy%. Same formula as before, except replace matk/pierce with accuracy/% stats, and the old accuracy stat with ele% stat.

    Item : Lil Empress Garb
    Potential : 66
    STEP #0: Critical Damage +18 x1
    STEP #1: Critical Rate +4 x2
    STEP #2: MATK %-7, Magic Pierce %-3, Accuracy-7 x1
    STEP #3: Critical Rate +2 x5
    STEP #4: % stronger against Fire +14 x1
    Success rate: 81%

    Item : Iron Blade
    Potential : 66
    STEP #0: Critical Damage % +6 x1
    STEP #1: Critical Damage +1 x1
    STEP #2: Natural HP Regen %-5 x1

    STEP #4: Critical Rate +2 x1

    Hi Im new to this and I would like to know how to get A7cd7cd18 with -7 hp regen, -7 mp regen and -3mp regen. And how much mana point will you spent on it? And as for pot what pot points us best use for this stats?

    Formula is on the 1st page success rate will just be lower, need 57 pot for 100% success.
