Pet EXP Question

this is my first post on the forums, i hope it's in the right place :,)

a bit of a noob question, i just started getting into pets and i've been grinding bosses to get my pet closer to my level. i know that gem effects work on pets (like the traveler's gem), but i was wondering if "special items" apply to them as well. i have a few tenert's books, which increases EXP gain by 100% and drop rate by 50% for an hour. i was wondering if i could use the book to speed up the leveling process for my pet, or if the EXP boost only applies to the character i'm playing. thank you in advance for any replies! ​

 

Book not affect pets exp, gem I not sure. But when there is an exp Boost by event like every weekend boost, it’s do affect pet exp.

Beside, if your pet dead when the battle finish it’s gain no exp. too difficult boss can cause your pets always miss on mob

joke aside, book will not affect pet's exp, but gems do.

I recommend getting Happiness Talisman it gives 300mp and grants Pet Exp +10%, its dropped by birds named tuyuls, the location is Mt Mithurna Entrance,c nearest teleport is rokoko plains
