how much mana use for full crt18
and Stat+7% CD+18 CR+18% CR+18?
i just make lvl180 bs tech and want to fill my equipment stat

 

fc18 = slightly less than 63k
stat7%fc18 is slightly lower than 56k (7k less than fc18)

There are no penalties at all, so you can just slap in the negatives, then slap in the positives for the "maximum" success rate.

No idea at all - at the 200 cap we'll get either 9 or 10 stats on each piece of equipment with the tier 4 blacksmith skills

 

Is it possible to make FC18 -10 aggro with 100% success rate?

if its a gamble

then, how about cd5%cd18cr18cr18% -10% aggro?
or, cd7%cd18cr18 -10% aggro?
can any of these hit 100% success rate?

This... is gamble stat. It's also one of the dumbest gamble stats i've seen too. CD7% is the same as CD+14, so it's inefficient as hell. CD7% also uses more potential than CD+18, so it's more riskier as well. If you're going for elem, elem+14%, 7%, make your 7% atk+7%... it's the only reason to do something that's more gamble than needed.
