Why are my normal attacks missing?

My normal attacks always miss and its causing my decoy to be useless cuz it doesnt give that much mp. Any idea why this is happening guys?

 

Decoy shot will recover your mp regardless of the hits being a miss or not so if you want to get more mp out of Decoy shot you need to increase your ampr stat. Normal attacks relies on accuracy or, critical rate. With accuracy being more unreliable and derived from dex, which isn't a Halberd Stat that gives atk. To get your auto attacks to hit you need a high critical rate.

Get high critical rate. Critical attacks never miss, but can be evaded or graze.

Base crit is 25
Shaved Ice Hat gives 20 crit
current custom stat crit can reach +18
Venena equipment have +25 crit

Getting a flat 100 crit is easy, and recommended for physical attackers.
A lot other stuff gives crit rate like skills, but can figure it out yourself by looking here at the forum. That leaves the amount of your ampr your problem now.
