Should i learn chakra skill?

I'm looking this skill, it says add ampr and dmg reduction. But when I'm look on the "coryn.club" the effect of this skill will end when taking damage. So, is it worth to take this skill for my knux char?

 

there are two situations to this skill that make it work well.

For yourself: 0 aggro long range build
For others: you yourself wont make use of the buff but will constantly supply your teammates w resistance and mp

if you intend to be spammy up close, it gets tough to retain the buff especially against map wide aoes

 

The real issue for this skill is to hold the skill in active state, sure stats are good, but upon taking dmg it really sucks and takes time to recast. At best it only blocks a single dmg (the one which will cancel it), and with how the anti melee system being used lately. Its a big risk to take but if ur a god at dodging why not.
