Since player stat eva maxed at +5 even after tier4 smith. But rn still +3

The fact, that the person used a adv garb, should point out that it would possible with higher pot arms ...
99% with 30 pot, 100% with 31 pot. It probably could go lower

pot72: atk10% str/cd10% cdcr20(str/cd variable, any negas)

And is there any possibility of atk% cdcd(maybe cr as well, but not necessary) on adv garb?

im sure its gamble.. but what is the highest
