Elemental main swords (dmg to ele and other stats), or elemental sub swords for doowew?

For elemental sub swords, you can put any negatives you want. Only the element will take effect, other stats won't.

any is fine, you only need enough pot to put element in anw
which is 100 for non-matched and 10 for matched

Any. You can put whatever negas you want to get enough potential to put an element.

Probably Anniv, or the Yashiro 2nd collab one? Also probably no need for light ele since SC is default light. Can use Thunder Axe or Jupiter Sword II for wind ele sub.
