Stat +20 | Low Potential | Statting guide nyaa~!

I like the way you explained how atk% is better than str% in overall damage performance. I've been in a lot of debating when someone ask for str10% on their armor and i recommend them the atk% for statting.
Anyway...
I've been wanting to know the steps for Element +20%, atk10%, cd10%, cd20... (Enchant Sword)
I want to prioritize the atk% and cd flat where the success rate is at least 90% (playing safe xD)

Can ya guys help me with this stat? I want to make it at least 70% for staff and lower the mat cost for arm, maybe u guys can do better than me

 

I found a guide on yt on im10 i20 cspd 20 staff with 100% success rate tho it needs 135k wood mats. Good thing is u only need 50k mats cap.

 

LoL xD btw 79% it's supposed to be 100% with skills lv4, so I need a way to calculate it properly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ need test it on my gambles

Well its easy to do that actually, without that much of a mats.

 

Can someone help me with the formula ele20% CD20 CD5-6% CR 20 and if this would work on pot 40-45 armor. I know there is a bug so 85% success would be okay. Thank you

Is there a formula for Dex+10% ,Dex+20 with optimized materials used for adv garb with 15 pot or 16 pot ( from a crafter with no vit )?
I did my own formula but I think I messed up xD
