-cspd and agro

    Hi guys, i found this staff called potum staff, apparently it was a great staff at that time, but it comes with -9999 cspd, i heard someone said something about agro increase when ur cspd is below 0, is that true? Also when ur cspd is at that point how long does it take for mp charge to finish chanting?
