question about astute dance

someone said that this skill reduce monster dodge rate up to 30%, but I'm still confused. is this skill reduce the monster flee stat or reduce the monster max dodge chance (it's like we have 30% chance to hit monster without grazing)?

 

Yes it reduce monster flee stat, btw flee and dodge are the same, only the names are different. Iam not sure about 30% chance to hit monster without grazing, every monster has a different dodge rate.

 

As understand is reduce enemy flee %, it’s should mean if enemy have 75% dodge chance, it’s become 35% when you astute dance got 10 charges.

 

It's got something to do with HIT and FLEE stat so it's more complicated than that
