Uhm hello I'm level 147 ohs tank.
I have around 19k HP... On my friends mercenaries, I see someone with 65k HP.. Can anyone please tell me how can I have so much HP too? I'm trying to improve my tank the best I can

 

If it’s your friends mercenary than the 65K hp is from the bonus mercenaries set to defense get. Players can’t get there hp that high.

 

But the bonus can't be that high either, his HP is probably around 40k I'm guessin.

 

He might have around 25k hp but not 40k, my tanks only got 17k hp but that goes up to 53k as a mercenary

 

It’s a bonus gain when register your character to a merc and it’s not difficult is you have 255 VIT and using HP+% gear or xtal. But tbh 50k or 100k hp is useless once you get ignite and poison, my tank have only 17Khp is enough to tank a boss. It’s depend how your strategies to tank only.

 

18-22k hp is the viable one for tank players, no need to increase more, much better to focus on +aggro, resistance, or ampr stats from that point.
mercs are known for high hp because when you set them do defender type, they will have a x2 hp boost on it. Resistance and refine reduction ain't working on them, so having most xtals and equip having a hp% will be the best for mercs.

 

Being a merc doubles your HP, so 65k on merc is about 32k HP, and yes thats reachable even as full MTL tank. My tank got 29k hp with 1 slotted gears, candela2 xtal(20%hp), kitty hat(15%hp) , iconos and hero potum xtal(10%hp). 30k is also pretty ideal for most phys/magic attack with decent amount of resist gears & aegis/protection, they would be at 1k to 2.8k damage range which fall under the sanctuary threshold

Iconos/ornlarf could be changed to arcoiris as it would scale better with vit on higher lvl cap

As for the concern of fractal attacks, just do your best to p. Def them. Or, learn heal as it would scale with your max HP instead of capped at 2k like p. Def.

I wanna ask another question, there's that Aiges and protection skills, physical and magical damage reduced , How do I know if the boss does physical damage or if he does magical damage?

 

Go to your settings and look for chat or system and there should be options for battle log or chat. From there you can go take whoopings to see whats what and if you have orbs remaining I strongly suggest keeping good or different sets of avatars around so you can dress for success.

 

Actually it's quite possible. At lvl. 130 I had 45k, and as a mercenary it doubled to 90k. I'm lvl. 178 now and I'm not using any equipment to buff but I'm still 50k one hand sword/tank w/shield. There's hp equipment i dont have or use that can get you past 100k, more as a merc
