No, only attacks that can flinch tumble or stun can cancel an attack. The thing about Brawlers is that many of their attacks have these effects, and are generally cheap to use, making them optimal for stopping bosses. Unfortunately, our friend, genesic123 believes that this is cheating, as, instead of standing there like a chump and allowing bosses to hit you with moves designed to kill, Brawlers (or anyone with an attack with this effect, for that matter) tend to run around a lot, pulling of cheap spam combos in order to stop the enemy from attacking.

 

Here's the CD Immunity
Flinch CD is 1sec
Tumble CD is 2-3secs
Stun CD is 20secs (im not quite sure tho, didnt pay much attention since the best disabling skill with short CD is Flinch and Tumble)

 

Thanks for spelling it out. I was responding to the post above mine. Was trying to say, combo or not, makOi still had to time it. It is in no way an easy bottom that you spam and boss will be automatically stun-locked.

I played since beginning of beta but is usually quiet on forums. I don't get why makOi's video generates so much aggro so I had to say something.

as an avid brawler myself, that looks pretty legit!
I love the sonic wave (tumble), smash (flinch), triple kick (damage) combo as well!
wow you really got the patience and awesome control (timing to stun/flinch/tumble) the bosses' aoe

@genesic123 brawlers have the unique ability to proc most if not all the tumble/flinch/stun status effects compared to the other classes that's why even with other classes using the tumble/flinch skills, knuckles still maintain as the best class to 'control' the boss. true that brawlers are currently a 'utility class' at the moment (I only use it for tanking bosses)

hopefully the brawler's skill has an awesome dps skill at tier 4! *crosses fingers* either ways, im using snipe (arrow as sub skill) to supplement the damage output and using power wave to use long range to charge mp (plays as a fast mp regen "bow" user).. I hope I don't have to reskill if the lvl4 brawler skill is an awesome one (one can only hope) XD

brawlers are also currently (mostly) the only tanks that can handle flinching GK with a good dps team... I haven't been in a party without a breaker tanking so far, and mind you I do farm GK a lot for its tomahawk 1h... (just hope that slotted tomahawk drops soon!)

 

What he should do, is make a video to show the opposite. Titled: My Brawler's Glorious Death...

well, everyone has their right to an opinion, just that @genesic123 may have differing opinions.. unless the comment was intended to hurt, which in this case may or may not have been. but its good to keep the thread civil, especially since the forums is a place where players get info, the more criticisms there are the better quality the info received. I guess we let those reading decide which opinion they identify with =)
