Can someone explain this? Is it permanen or can be lift up?

    Read here (or here for Indonesian language) regarding Penalty Policy. All trade restrictions in certain penalty levels seem to be permanent. Check if you violated any of the rules.

    If you are sure that you didn't do any prohibited activities, you can send them a support email via in-game support (Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us).

    I got it also before, like one year ago iirc

    It's mostly bcuz your account is in investigation by Toram Team for fraud or violation. If they think that you haven't done anything wrong after the investigation, it should be lifted after few days. Also, it might be bcuz of alt account issues also since a lot of ppl getting banned and trade restriction currently. Anyways, hope your issues will solved as soon as possible!

    Thank you for giving me spirit, in that case it still under investigation? Im sure im not doing any violation because i just play with my wife(we like to share equipment with each other, rather than buy or making same equipment). How about your old account, does ASOBIMO lift up the trade restrictions from it? I hope they listen to player like us.     My account got lifted up after a week or so. At first I was confused what to do. So I thought it gonna goes away after few days. Then I just asked my guildmates and they all said to me to contact Toram Support. So I did. and Toram said that my account is under investigation for fraud, which is I never done anything bad. So, after few days the restriction got lifted up.

    The response you sent above are just automated one. So, just wait for human response from Toram Team. But right now it's holidays season so the reponse might get delayed longer than usual. Probably after 5 Jan 2022

    I relinquished all my alt accs to avoid these problems.If I were you and ur wife I would just stop sharing stuff or you are gonna be on investigation much times.
