(Unauthorized Action Detected) Bug

    "Unauthorized Action Detected"
    "Toram Online has been closed due to the following reasons."
    "- Memory didn't respond correctly"
    "- Detected apps that may affect gameplay."

    I searched google for six full hours looking for a solution and all I found was that an app on my android phone (Having to due with cheating) was present but I do not have a single app like that installed and nor have I ever had anything akin to it installed. The only apps on my phone are for food services besides everything that launched with the phone that cannot be removed.

    Another solution was reacquiring data but the app closes itself out before it can do so and neither reinstalling the app or restarting my device works either. Tried booting and clearing the cache and memory aswell but nothing budged, any solutions?

    not just apps that are intended for cheating but also those with the potential for it.
    like automatic keyboards or other enhancements. booting your device in developer mode to access app data is also registered as a disallowed action.

    I deleted all my food delivery apps and cleared their data from my phone but no progress, all that is left is what came with the phone that cannot be removed. Developer mode isn't activated either, only actually went into it for the first time on this phone to see if any left over data was plugging up the cache which it was not and I booted into this mode only after this issue began.

    I never had an issue with any of the apps on my phone to begin with until the update came the morning of yesterday.

    now that's odd. what type of device are you using?
    probably have to send an inquiry to the developers http://en.toram.jp/contact/

    best case, they fix it with the next update.
    worst case, your device is incompatible with the app.

    I have a Galaxy S10+ I have been using to play this game for years, just bought this replacement one a year ago brand new. I will try to inquire the devs but its probably a new security thing with the recent update that is incompatible with my phone, Thanks for the help.
