Weak Mage?

So I just noticed it too (stupid me, now it's lvl10) but Magic Mastery is for hitting with the Staff or magic item. It's for ATK, not MATK, so your spells don't get stronger, only your staff hits..
*sigh* I need to reskill again.. somehow..

No, as you level up magic mastery, I checked my matk and it raises with each level. It says it raises the weapon attack and for staves their weapon attack is contributed to matk. Same goes for the power daggers ghat give +4 weapon attack. If you're wielding a staff that +4 goes to magic. So no need to re stat hopefully!

Dont know. All i know is that its worth it. Adds a decent amount. Oh btw so many opinion,s? Why dont u ask the 3.6k view,s on my mage guide if magic mastery adds matk or not e.e

 

Faust i didnt insult your,for your info its worth more magic attack up that magic mastery a ton of times magic mastery its a fixed number but magic attack up increase with your lvl and the skill lvl on the future magic attack up will beat magic mastery.

Conclusions
magic mastery increase attack but as you can see a value that doesnt worth our points.
The magic attack up its close to the values of magic mastery even on low lvls.magic attack up depend of skill lv and your character lvl

 

Regardless if it's useful or not, mages only have 2 more branches of skills to learn once you've obtained the 2nd skill book. If the cap is raised well above 100 in the future, it won't matter if you spend points on it or not because you're most likely going to have leftover skill points as a mage because there's not much investment in other skill branches such as daggers, armor, or shields. Therefore, I think it's safe to say it's worth spending the points on as many matk boosting skills you can get your hands on.

 

Your till have priest skill,shield skills,support skills you could add guard skills too, more over if on the future they add wizzard skills your got another branch to work.And your pal rhode its support so he will spend todo start with basic arrows charge and wall 30 points on all skills Of support todo hace them medium lvl its 30 points again plus shield at medium lv its 10 points,priest skills there goes 5 for bless and more it he want light spell too.I recomend todo all players that think they have done bad their build to save reset book and do it around lvl 120 due to surely on the way the will commit more mistakes

Ohkay sorry then, the desciption shoudl say MATK then, instead of just ATK of Staff or whatever it says... Well I don't mind, better for me, since it's already maxed

 

I say you should only focus on one main weapon and increase the attacks. Me I have all different kind of weapon from sword to bow to staff.

I have 208 int in character stats. Am level 81, use fire staff, have max storm and max magic mastery... why do hits of my storm only do 3000 to 4000 damage? Whats wrong?

they increased s.roar magic resistance because most players exploited its low magic resistance with holyfist > Impact Smite > MP Charge doing around 30k+ damage. insta one shotting S.roar
