SignBoard

so i have a problem where i cant see other ppl signboard. i already turn on the signboard system in the setting as well but still not showing anything

 

and do you know that those people do have a signboard active?
because if they don't there's nothing to see.

another issue may be loading time.
since they usually sit near the consignment board in Sofya City on the Int1 server, where there are lots of people, it may fail to fully load everything on screen.

 

I think someone mentioned before that new accounts won't be able to see them until they've made some progress.
