Is it possible to craft two slotted equipments?

I just wanted a two slotted adventurer's garb. So, Since I have bs char myself. I was wondering if it could be crafted?
If yes, Then how rare is it to craft an equipment with two slot?
And, Any tips that will increase the chances of getting two slotted equipments?
Like luk or someting?

 

I would say it's very very rare, reason why it's price in the market is soo expensive. :3 and Luk will help to have chance of having 2s equips ^_^

 

sure its possible but my suggest tech.. cuz tech up succes rate n 2s succes rate.. my think tech better then luck i suggest full tech after 250 vit..
