New Idea for Payments of Gemrun

(My first ever serious thread smh)

So as we know that gemruns are the most easiest way for scammer to scam players, especially at this kind of time with the 9M download events. Either pay before, pay 50/50, or any other ways that a scammer might done.

But what if the gemruns needs to pay when they are in "after ready" section?

For example, the gem holder is setting up the gemruns. When all the players were ready, before the loading screen appeared the gem holder needs to put a certain ammount of spina, and the buyers need to put the same ammount of spina as the holder put to begin the gemrun (yes it works the same like buying/selling piercers and extract). BUT the spina transfer and the gemrun will only be happened if all the buyers put the exact ammount of spina. After that the loading screen will appear and you can do the gemruns savely. Also this system will only applied for gems that has base drop rate increase.

Any opinions about this idea is welcomed. I've made this cause i'm sick of scammers (especially some stupid ones XD). I'll try to send this idea to the Toram Devs aswell.

 

Scammers Hmm Hmm I like this idea i think devs should also do gems can be only bought with paid orbs piercers too only thing that can be bought with free are utility items/books/bs items/extract and all.

This is a good idea. Like devs can make an additional button for gemruns purposes so holders can ask for the price agreed when gem is in. They can also add Pop-up window that will show who's joining that got accept/reject button so only right person can join.
Hope they can figure something like that in the future for their players.

If im 1 of the devs of toram ill cnsider this.coz prolly they already have tons of complains regarding gem run scams.

All paid is a little harsh. I'd agree if you at least need 1 or 2 paid Orbs and the rest can be unpaid.

Used to buy stargems 3 times a week but due to the paid orb requirement, I can only buy once a week now.

Kinda made their daily promo a bit useless.

Lol no you're automatically assuming all pay 50/50 are scam while people who want to pay after don't scam smh.
Simple way is don't fucking buy it from strangers you don't know or nobody vouches for them, even if they claim they're new to gemruns.

Also easiest way to scam is refining and stating.

 

I'm only giving a solution since most of them are scam. And read more carefully that I said "or any other ways that a scammer might done", so we can say that theres also some scammers from pay after but it's rare to find one since most of ppl who offers pay after are all high lvled players and dont want to risk their acc to getting banned. But I like your point of dont sell/buy for/from strangers.

Also I said gemruns were the easiest to be scammed since it gives a lot of profits. While refining, statting, and locking u can simply find a trusty friend or a guildmates of yours. I hate the fact that ive been scammed through gemrun once by my own guildmates.

 

Lol asobimi report system is a toaster it never even works so yes some high level players will scam that's a flawed logic only thinking that low lvls scams it's not that rare to find a luck 140+ running after a gem run since they just level rush with shotty gears. Everybody scams no matter what level they are.

:/ 1-3m ain't that much thou. Good idea though but I don't think asobimi will since it might hurt their revenue.

Uhh hurt their profits how? It's just a streamlined, scam-proof way of paying for Gem runs.

They did make the aggro time for entering the Boss room to 300 seconds so I guess they know or been asked by people who "pays inside" on Gem runs.

 

Is it that worth it to buy stargems with orbs?

 

It's kinda just a hobby(gambling LoL). I also have a thing of making sp hungry builds so stargems are a must have for me.

It is also a more uhh cost-effective gambling than Rare drop gems or Avatars as recycling an unwanted skill gives you half of it back(50 stargem shards).

2 tries can turn into 3. More gambling chances to scratch that itch LoL.

 

Here's the best idea. devs should just remove drop rate gems and raise the drop rate of all items above 1% so we won't be too heavily relient on RNGesus anymore.
Mobile games shouldn't be this hardcore, dammit.

 

I hate the fact that this has been fixed (secretly). This should've never been fixed in my opinion.
