New Idea for Payments of Gemrun

I think if xtal drop rate is 1%, it would be easy to get and it will surely affects the market price of it making it's price go down like a landslide, i'm agree with drop rate gems removal though .

off-topic:
the drop rates of toram xtal's reminds me of ragnarok (kRO the PC game), the cards drop there is kinda similar to toram, on database, it is 0.01%, here in toram i'm assuming it's close to 0.01-0.1%. I miss playing that hardcore, non-stop lvling and farming game

 

They won't do it cuz they gone see it as a form of rmt even tho some people used event orbs to get gems it's still selling an item from cash shop so more than likely they would shut the idea down best thing is to just sell them in guild or go to line group chat for them

 

Nah it's a legal form of RMT.

We have a signboard system now for piercers and extraction crysta which is basically just RMT yet they still added it. Can also sell stargems on CB, another RMT.

Also more revenue for them so who cares .

 

I think RMT is not the right term on what you both referring to. Its Pay2Win tho in many cases its turning out as Cheat2Win. Both are different imo

 

Other games still considers that as RMT and prohibits it even though they'd get more revenue by allowing it.

I was even banned(3 days only though) in the last game I played selling stuffs from the cash shop.

 

this would never work. as far as i know gemruns isnt really for selling. it is set up so that a person(gem owner) and his buddies/friends do boss raid together having fun and getting more items. the devs make this so that the party can get the item they want easier. it is not really ment to be sold. its just an added bonus doing boss runs.

 

If you are selling it via the game currency maybe its fine. But if you selling stuffs inside a game for a different game currency, via real money, or trading it between diff game i think thats considered as a violation in almost all games.
Before no signboard many are considering the fill orb service from other players. Whether sellers are using a legit transaction or a refunded orb or others to get orbs, we still cant say that company benefiting from them esp when fill orbs even cutting orbs prices to 30-50% vs shop orb prices. Who will spend 20$ worth of orbs for others and ask 10-15$ as payment? That's plain dumb to me unless there's a special ways how they get orbs they're selling.
The released of signboard is one of the game's endless effort for its players and to make us feel how free2play the game already is like now anyone can buy orb items just by using spina and current event is 1orb/day FREE. The gemrun payment ideas on this thread is must like win/win to make the game less scamming for us and to promote the gems they selling on shop.

 

That "added bonus" is the problem as Xtals are definitely a big factor to the gameplay, same case with piercers. Well with piercers its fair to make it tradeable within the system as you have no means to add slots without it, xtals are still obtainable without gemruns, but with how many scam issues arose and how they actually have a ban policy to those scammers, its fair to say that they need to implement the same thing as long as in-game currency is used

 

So the problem is not whether it will work or not, but whether aso would want to implement the system

 

I dont see any reason why they won't. They did that signboard in response to a huge case of scams from extract/piercers. Maybe its just a matter of letting them know what their players wanted coz they kinda got a history of listening. Complain boss so hard, they nerf it the next day. cry that the new skills OP, they slightly make modifications. report that tuyul's activity need to be controlled, they checked it out and made adjustments.

 

i think the best posible way is to have the gem become gem piece and be sellable to cb. you will buy gems via orb and it will be up to you if you want to break it to pieces. 4 gem piece of the same type can become a whole gem. it will be put in the boss like normal gem. if requirements are met it will be activated once you all are inside the boss

 

Bit complicated as it seemed but yeah it can work as well. Then it'll be awesome if they put those gemshards as dropable on specific boss/event/modes too . As long as the ideas can result on removing scam risk on doing gemruns, all be accepted.
