Requesting Statting Formula

I was wondering what the formula and minimum potential for c6%cccd15 (Armor) was.
Some people say 36pot but i wasn't sure.

 

Potential: 36
Step 1: add cdmg+3% (6pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1 (3pot left)
Step 3: add crit+1 (2pot left)
Step 4: add crit+1% (1pot left)
Step 5: add matk-7% (76pot left)
Step 6: modify crit 14 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+15 (62pot left)
Step 7: modify crit% 14 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+15% (48pot left)
Step 8: add accuracy-7, cdmg+6%, cdmg+15 (-6=100%)
