STATS in sub weapon

No. Only Arrow has that property.

 

How bout katana skill? Does it take up the bow element or the katana sub element? Do snipes in fire element and do zantei in a diffrent element, is it possible?

it's always the bow element and stats, even with katana skills.
it's the same as knuckles and MD, but without (m)atk reduction.

 

So basically hybrid builds need hybrid gears like ice weapons and sorts. Otherwise go for crit or sumthing that both skill trees will benefit right?

 

Nope. You get none of the stats on the Katana. Nothing. Nada.
