    ummm okay, i wonder that maybe my pot was 51 instead 50. is it match if it was like that?

    and add atk3% cdmg7% cdmg13

    Minimum Potential: 50
    Step 1: add cdmg+3% (20pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+6 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1 (1pot left)
    Step 4: hpRec-7%, mpRec-7 (139pot left)
    Step 5: modify crit 12 times, each time adding +1, end with crit+13 (127pot left)
    Step 6: modify cdmg 7 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+13 (99pot left)
    Step 7: add atk+7% (-16=92%)

    Step 1: add cdmg+11 (2pot left)
    Step 2: add crit+1% (1pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1, matk-7%, acc-7 (121pot left)
    Step 5: modify crit 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+13 (109pot left)
    Step 6: modify crit% 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12% (98pot left)
    Step 7: add stat+7%, cdmg+13 (-12=100%)

    if u do to crit+13%, success rate is 99%

    Can i do full crit on armour with negative natural hp regain & natural mp regain? If so what will the min pot needed?

    What is minimum pot and formula for weap and armor "Stat7%, stat+13"

    No, you cannot. Not at max possible stats, at least. HPrec-X% and mprec-X give half the potential as negative stats on armor. (All defensive negatives are half on armor and all offensive negatives are half on weapons. (M)ATK+X% costs double the potential on armor, and I don't actually know, but I am guessing (M)DEF+X%, (M)Resist+X%, and HP+X% cost double on weapons.)
    Potential 59 armor
    cdmg+3% : -30 : 29 pt remaining
    cdmg+9 in steps of 1 each : -27 : 2 pt remaining
    crit+1 : 1 pt remaining
    hprec-7%, mprec-7 : +21+21=42,*1.65=69.3 : 70 pt (* I don't know for sure how much potential it gives on armor, but I believe it is half of how much it gives on weapons. I might be wrong, so don't trust me completely. If I am wrong, it is probably even less potential.)
    modify crit+1->13 in steps of 1 each : -12 : 58 pt
    modify cdmg+9->13 and cdmg+3%->7%, add crit+13% : -12-40-13=65,*2=130 : -72 final potential : -155.5% success rate
    If you leave cdmg% at 3%, then it is positive final potential and over 100% success and could be done still over 100% at as low as 52 potential. If you go to cdmg+4%, it is 82.4% success rate at 59 starting potential.

    Weapon:
    Add hprec-7%, def-7%, mprec-6, mdef-7% : +42+42+32+42=168,*1.4=221.2 : 222 potential remaining
    Add stat+7%, stat+13 : -70-65=135,*1.6=216 : 6 potential left over : 130% success
    -OR-
    Add hprec-7%, (m)def-7%, dodge-7, mprec-6 OR (m)def-6% : +158*1.2=189.6 : 190 potential remaining
    Add stats : -135*1.4=189 : 1 potential left over : 130% success

    Armor:
    Add atk-5%, ppierce-3%, matk-7%, mpierce-3% : +30+36+42+36=134,*1.8=241.2 : 242 potential remaining
    Add stats: -135*2=270 : -28 final potential : 103.4% success

    To use only 3 negative stats instead of 4, minimum potential is 15 for weapon and 23 for armor
    Weapon : def-7%, mdef-7%, madsorb-7% : 197 pt
    add stats: -135*1.65=222.75 : -25 final potential : 100.8% success

    Armor : atk-7%, matk-7%, mpierce-3% : 197 pt
    add stats: -25 final potential : 100.8% success

    Atk+7% is for the most part better than CDmg+7% because it multiplies all of your damage instead of multiplying only BASE critical damage. (EDIT: Except some skills have a large portion of their damage independent of ATK, so weapons for those skills get a somewhat lesser bonus from increased Atk%.) When you have CDmg+0 from all equipment and no CRIT UP skill, then CDmg+7% is equal to Atk+7%. Also, Atk+X% costs beast materials instead of mana materials, which are easier/cheaper most of the year...

    Formula for 52 potential weapon:
    Add cdmg+3% : -30 : 22 pt remaining
    Add cdmg+7 in 7 steps of +1 each : -21 : 1 pt remaining
    Add crit+1 and paired negatives (hprec-7% and mprec-7, or def-7% and mdef-7%) : +83*1.65=136.95 : 137 pt
    Modify crit+1->13 in 12 steps of +1 each : -12 : 125 pt
    Add atk+7% and modify cdmg+7->13 : -70-18=88,*1.65=145.2 : -20 final potential : 93.2% success (Toram truncates to 93%)
    *With cdmg+4% (modify at the last step): 63% success
    *With cdmg+5% : 32% success

    The atk+3% and cdmg+7% formula is the same except in the last step, add only atk+3% and modify cdmg% from 3% to 7%... but instead just don't do that formula.
