Hmm, I have a DPS Hunter character and I want to create a pet who can tank for me. Which pet do you think I should choose?

So, the bigger the % if attack pattern the bigger the damage? I was wondering about the blue options i see on them sometimes.

Depends on your level. If you're low level, buy any Lv111 pet. If you're high level, feed a stray, and its max level will be the same as your current level. It's currently the only way to get pets with max level >111

Someone told me that it has to do with the accuracy. Like, some attacks are btter with physical skills, and others are better with magic skills.

Hi i have a question. If you fuse Planet Head with another pet to increase it's level cap, do you need to keep Planet Head's app to keep that atk % pattern? You can't choose another pet's app and keep Planet Head's atk % pattern? Because i just tested fusing Planet Heads with other pets and when i selected the other pet's app the atk % pattern changed to the atk % pattern of that pet, but if i keep Planet Head's app then the atk % pattern is still Planet Head's. Cause although it does high damage, i don't really like Planet Head's app :( I thought i could fuse it with a santa potum or something else a little cuter

Sadly, the Attack Patterns are tied with the app. Which kinda suck, but if you want a cute and deadly pet, you may try ghost Potum ? It has 400% damage pattern if i'm not wrong. ^^

Is there a database for pet attack patterns? I have worked so hard to cap my lance yet i don't want it on a glowray or ghost potums. Any other pet on the menu?. Plus, how to check attack pattern of a pet for a certain skill? Magic lance don't frequently pop up during training to test it out.(nor i wanna make a cluster fu... Fusion to search for it.)

Based on what i have it seems magic arrow is similar attack pattern to magic lance, can we rely on this hypothesis to check which pet can dish out the highest attack pattern on the coveted corner skills?

No list so far, and it can't be datamined too. Since monster isn't in the app file. So you can't find it. Except with taming it , and finish it's discipline, which take a long time

The best pet for Magic Lance is Planet Head, Glow Ray is very good at Raging Blow. 500% damage pattern

Can the attack pattern be found by looking at other skills? Corner skills are not easy to come by or i have to fuse a pet that have those skills to find out?

If i have to use planet head ill name it. SnotShot
If glowray ill name it Kylo-Ren.(star wars pun)

    Nope.
I don't think you need the corner part.
Here something that may make you confuse, pet like glow ray has 500% Attack Pattern. 501% is also possible. But sadly it's only usable for physical skill like Raging Blow, while for Magical Skill like MLance. Glow Ray only able to use 367% Damage Pattern.

So with this. You know that some pets are better in physical skill, while the rest are magical

I agree. I notice my manticore's lance and arrow have a capped pattern of 300% while my sand anglerfish got a 330% tops on lance. I guess i have to go on a safari trip in toram and catch as many kinds of pet i can to test it out. Have to catch at least 2 of each to test the attributes. But feeding and training takes heck of a lot of downtime. I may also check on cassy if haru chan got it right the first try(since the black dye is on higher level it's an attractive prospect)

Trained some pets, im only able to confirm some fear. Glow ray's skill set don't look pretty if done with magic. Planet head may it be green or blue is the same as the initial post.

I don't have enuf pet slot in my land to run the research fast enuf. I hope there is a top 5 list of best attack patterns for both physical and magic types of pet for preference. For now, i will be content on using snot heads(or any planetary pun names) just for the damage. Here's hoping the new ones will be better (or at least not nerf the ones we have)

Otherwise i be choosing stone as a pet due to its well rounded attack pattern. I still dont know if it leans toward magic or phy, hope it's both. (So i can charge a premium, hehehe)

Haru chan got it right. Cassy is magic based and totally cute.
Can someone confirm stone? All i see is a well rounded attack pattern on this post but no confirmation if it is magic or physical attack.

Only use for it now(if you use hard mode in pet training) is fusion fillers. Since other than the attack power, the trained stats can be inherited to the next generation.

A good stat filler would at least have "raging blow" (the 1mp high aggro) as a skill and the rest is for the stats.

Can damage% patterns be given via fusion?
