Skill Rebalance thoughts?

I say we make decoy and impact class exclusive just because I want to see the world burn

 

I don't know how they going to rework it since its pretty damn hard to think how to rework it so it still usable for everyone while not being too op.
I think the reason why most ppl don't want decoy to be nerfed is because practical purpose to kill boss asap
They don't care about creative or unique build,they just want to farm the boss without wasting time too much (especially if you dont have much free time)
Not to mention,not all class have good ampr skill (some are hard to use,and some are plain crapsack)
Personally,i don't want it to be nerfed too hard since tanking is much easier,but if it do happen,i'll try to find another way nonetheless.

What's with the people saying halberds needs more buff?? Lmfao. Halberds need a DT nerf, if anything. Or just increase the nega resist GSW gives. High risk, high reward, like how it used to be.

A nerf to Decoy is definitely welcome. I just hope it's gonna be enough to not be considered broken OP anymore. I probably still won't use it though.

Knuckles definitely needs some kind of buff. But it isn't getting any. Oof.

Tanks should stop complaining about Decoy nerf. Tanking without Decoy is pretty easy already. I guess you guys already got too used to being able to spam P.Def.

Side trees getting buffed could be a good thing. And Dark Energy and Magic Blade as well. Could give more diversity in build possibilities (IF they do it right, which I guess they probably won't)..

I guess it'd be interesting to see how people would react if Finale was locked to staff/MD. Probably could cripple some builds, maybe.. I don't know.

I mean asobimo gave every class different way to gain mana/ampr

OHS/2H have rampage
DW have 2x AMPR
Bow/Bowgun have decoy
Staff/MD have MP charge/maximizer
Knuckle have chakra
Halberd have Warcry of Struggle
Katana have Sukuchi/Kairiki
(since every weapon have different play style)

The Devs want us not to be that "Generic" when building character (although some part of it was definitely caused by them)

The same thing that bosses have been doing since Toram started is now OP when players can.....

Then again, devs way of making things challenging is to nerf everything and add a dmg cap....

 

You can also assault rush out of slow/stop

 

Backstep is not op lol but have sense that slow doesnt let you use it as shuzuchi, shuzuki or whatever is written lol he maybe meant that.The only way for Backstep be op would be that is on the new guard and evasion system and cost 0 mp

 

i'm waiting until people realize making decoy shot exclusive to bow/bowgun just butt-lifts the class to holy level above all others similar to pre-finale nerf.

it already road rolled most new bosses,haven't you guys already notice? it's basically physical finale but you can run and use more buffs,hello,snipe armor break +50% pierce.

grecia,gespenst 2,usasama,momfluck,eidenliebe,seele zauga,zelbuse,iron empress,king piton,and many many more bosses,as long as melee can win,cf should have little to no problem.


- they barely getting hit in a fight,their skill will most likely never gets interrupted since they doesn't melee and it takes the same mp as other melee ulti skill.

- they have the best methods of mp recovering and range advantage,i don't even see a severe drawback on their buff skills unlike example : halberd gsw,katana kairiki ranshin,sword berserk/rampage,knuckle chakra.

i hit the mark of 30m dmg on white whale with ease using a solo cf but barely touches 7m with other classes,which is complete bs.


i don't even know if this is sukuki pee's scheme to make many people convert to cf and then dropped a nerf bomb to triggered them or not (probably yes).

When has something ever made sense in Toram?
Knux get no atk from str, 2h can't hold shields even though bowguns can, etc.

 

If only they could rework magic blade skills into autoskill :3

 

Well 2h have sense it cant hold I suppose need all strength in holding the sword but bowgun and shield is possible look on etrian odyssey 4 i think... The tank class was a bowgun/shield

 

Noo gsw needs a buff if anything to where getting hit doesnt take the buff away dt they can nerf however they please xD

 

Both bowgun and knux have the shield on the back.
So why can't the 2h?
