Hard to say, its up to you actually. As combo opener, moeba has a faster animation and can slow the monster movement, and sonic wave itself can tumble(open breaking tap).. both of em has their own benefit, but based on my own experience, sonic wave lvl1 has a low tumble rate & slower animation (since we cant gave a swift effect on it). . . so I prefer to not using it as combo opener

About Ultimate Sniper should I use a light or a heavy remodeled armor?

 

If u talking about Arched Bowgun, it has no difference with wbg, same base attack (44), same stability (50%)

 

Ultimate Sniper uses Light Remodeled armor. We will max Light Armor Mastery (Guard Skills Lv1) in future updates.

Yeah me too, I was confuse about the new Item if it's better than WBG or the New Bow (Blaster Bow)

Btw: Blaster Bow is very effective with Roga, Base 55+ atk 2% 25% Neutral and Critical Rate on using Snipe is 100% due to the type of equipment.

I was wondering what will be the best equipment to increase the Snipe Skill.

Does it boost the affects of Sober Analysis in someway??? If so, how???

This is why I max Short Rest:

"In February Sober Analysis was nerfed from 30 to 20AMPR (AMPR +2 per skill level), maxing S. Rest shall work in pair and make it feel as the previous S. Analysis version.

It definitely DOES make a difference in battles, I'll never, ever run out of mp in a battle using my sniper which has all MP passives maxed. Not having them would be a hell. Something I can also tell you is that without them I'd need to do 5 attacks to recover a full mp bar, with them I need 3-4.

Some info about Short Rest:

Lv0 - Natural MP Regen default, no regen while attacking.
Lv1 - NMPR 20%, regen while attacking.
Lv2 - NMPR 40%, regen while attacking.
Lv3 - NMPR 60%, regen while attacking.
Lv4 - NMPR 80%, regen while attacking.
Lv5 - NMPR 100%, regen while attacking.
Lv6 - NMPR 120%, regen while attacking.
Lv7 - NMPR 140%, regen while attacking.
Lv8 - NMPR 160%, regen while attacking.
Lv9 - NMPR 180%, regen while attacking.
Lv10 - NMPR 200%, regen while attacking.

Works each 3 seconds, while attacking and while not attacking too."

I hope it clears why maxed Short Rest is recommended for the sniper builds.

The purpose of Smash is that you save time by not activating the combo closer skill. You can repeat your combo without Smash being activated if you're more than 1 meter away.

 

I c I was under the impression that nmpr was not active in combat, good to know for future reference

 

I'd say passive skills are very much active and useful in boss fights, we just don't see a huge change in a short time.
During boss fights, minibosses and maze fights, where battle regen is very low, passives come in and make stuff a lot easier, more than we think.
For any class, having regen passives really does help and change your performance a lot, its a worthy investment at this point in the game.
