Trying to prove that the "Game Balance" Won't effect the success rate of refine success, etc.

Anyways, This game balance the new maintenance notice got me thinking about SO MANY things, but most of it won't concern anyone gravely, but the talk about that this game balance is going to nerf the success rate of refinement majorly, which to me doesn't make sense since refinement (to my knowledge) is about success percentages and risk percentages, If any refiners can help me understand more on the chances/risk chances of each +1 with each refine metal used to Refine from 0 to E+ to D+ to C+ to B+ to A+ to S+ would glady be appreciated.

I might have misinterpreted this, but did you say they're decreasing the success rate even more?? In terms of your question, the link Wyrix posted is basically the prodigy equivalent child of the Stat Forumula Thread Wyr posted a few months ago~ I strongly recommend it, even tho it is still very much a work in progress, it is far more informative than anything people have shared before then~
