I lost my Account

I played Toram this morning.. and I wanted to play again this evening
so I logged in but...
it showed authentication failed and showed making new character screen
I thought I can just log back in after making random character by going to menu-setting-account
(I have my account connected to asobimo server)
however, when I did that, only random character existed...
Reinstall, reset, restart iPod...nothing worked
and I sent email to aso...
But......
Anyone knows solution..?

If Aso can't do anything...it's time for me to quit

 

Was it connected to an icloud account with password and email? you can recover it in that case

 

The thing is... That account is now filled with that random character I created in order to login......

 

Sigh I don't know what to do except wait for asobimo

When it shows that, close the app immediately and relog
It's cause due to connection is weak

Well since your case was different now, I assume you have to ask asmibo with clear evidence it's your account
Example: like orb purchases
Normally it will give you detail which things to provide

 

u usually can't login on an already used email and create an new account...
if u have other mails registered on ur phone try to select those instead. (for me it was the first email I entered when I first created the account, even tho I changed the email for my aso account later on)

 

clear toram's data then trying syncing your google account to google play

 

how do I provide evidence..? will my youtube video do..??

But normally if you have done in game purchase, just provide your receipt
If you haven't done any
I suggest you try to remember the day you make the account, the account holder email address which bonds with the account
The specific item you had (provide as)

If there is some sort of ID that will help (not sure is there any)

Everytime u login, it save ur data online. Its save the last data u login, soo, u need to login everytime u play. Unless, u hv other acc... Remember, u need to login twice (idk why) soo the email confirmed in ur toram login. Mine actually like this, soo... Maybe happen to u tooT3T

 

The problem arises when you use too many acct/alt on a single device. I don't have an alt for the fear that this may happen to me and also I don't need it.

I still see your level 89 on my friendlist. I'm saying this to bring you hope.

well...I used email I used for Arcata and new character creation appeared and got random named character
