Can u help me I can't prefer weapon stat for evasion build? And can ı make this stat? (Evasion rate %3 atk%7 critical +13 /39 pot)

u can but success rate will be lower
for a3%cd7%cd13cr13 it will be 86% (use a4%cd7%cd13cr13 formula)
for a4%cd7%cd13cr13 it will be 54%

when u change the potential penalty will be 45% instead of 65% so u get less pot :")
