    Add cdmg+3% : 26 potential remaining
    Add cdmg+8 in 8 steps of +1 each : 2 pot
    Add critrate+1 : 1 pot
    Add matk-7% and mpierce-3% : +78*1.65=128.7 : 129 potential now
    Modify crit+1->13 in 12 steps of +1 each : 117 pt
    Modify cdmg+3%-7%, cdmg+8->13, and add str+4% : -95*1.65=156.75 : -39 potential final : 53% success.

    It's possible. There is a formula for 38 potential. This one is the same adjusted to get down to 1 potential with a different balance between cdmg% and cdmg, but lower success because of lower potential.
    Armor starting potential 36
    cdmg+3% : -30 : 6 pot remaining
    cdmg+1 : -3 : 3 potential
    crit+1 and crit+1% in separate steps : -2 : 1 pot
    matk-7% : +42*1.8=75.6 : 76 pt
    modify crit+1->13 and crit+1->13% in steps of 1 : -24 : 52
    modify cdmg+3%->7%, modify cdmg+1->13, add acc-7 : -40-36+42=-34,*1.8=61.2 : -9 potential final value : 90.2% success (Toram truncates it to 90%)


    Assuming armor since you linked that.
    Potential 60 armor
    add cdmg+4% : -40 : 20 potential remaining
    add cdmg+6 in 6 steps of +1 each : -18 : 2 remaining
    add crit+1 : -1 : 1 remaining
    add matk-7%, mpierce-3% : +42+36=78,*1.65=128.7 : 129 potential
    modify crit+1->13 in 12 steps of 1 each : 117 pot
    add str+7%, modify cdmg+4%->7%, modify cdmg+6->13 : -70-30-21=121,*1.65=199.65 : -82 final potential : -31% success
    No.
    Without modifying crit to 13, just keeping it at 1:
    129 potential before the last step, -70 final potential : 5.2% success = 5% success with Toram logic.
    So the answer is yes, but at an extreme gamble. Starting potential 59 can get a 2% success on this formula, or 60 potential can get a 2% success on crit+2. I think you'd be happier with 100% success on 17 lower starting potential...

    100% success

    If not possible only with 2 use this n.n)'7

    So... 1h with unspecified starting potential, 100% success rate, element (unspecified whether or not it is original), at least ele+8%, crit rate at least 10 (why 10 OR 13 instead of anything between?), and two different category negatives. No sixth stat for some reason?
    40 starting potential, non-original element
    Add dodge-7 and hpregen-7% : +84 : 124 potential
    Add element, ele+8%, crit+10 : -150 : -26 final potential : 81.8% (81%) success.
    ---
    40 starting potential, non-original element
    Add dodge-7, dodge-3%, hpregen-7% : +42+36+42=120,*1.2=144 : 184 potential
    Add element, ele+12%, crit+13 : -100-60-13=173,*1.2=207.6 : -23 final potential : 101% success
    ---
    So I guess the short answer is no for two negatives and yes for three. Potential 36 with ele+11% is over 100%, too. Potential 30 can do ele+10% with over 100% success. But if you use original elements, then there is potential to spare.
    30 starting potential, original element
    Add dodge-3% because cheaper, hpregen-7% : +78 : 108 potential
    Add element, ele+13%, crit+13 : -88 : 20 potential leftover, 172% success
    Or do dodge-7 instead which would leave 26 potential at the end, be 185%, and it still has both potential and a slot so it is still craftable
    Or do potential 31 element, ele+13%, crit+13, cdmg+13, def-7% and mdef-7% or hprec-7% and mprec-7, over 100% success. Sword of Sin (dark), Phyto Blade (earth), Blitz Sword (wind), and Icebrand Glacier (water) are the native element craftable 1h swords.

    Step 1: add cdmg+4% (19pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+6 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add matk-7%, acc-7, crit+1 (121pot left)
    Step 4: add str+7%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+13 (-54=27%)

    if on weap (highest pot weap now is 60), add crit+1 only:
    Minimum Potential: 60
    Step 1: add cdmg+4% (20pot left)
    Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 5 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+6 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add hprec-7%, mp rec-7 (139pot left)
    Step 4: add str+7%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+13 (-60=30%)

    str6%cdmg7%cdmg13crit13 might be better :")

    if u mean cdmg7%, str7%, atk7%, it is impossible on armour
    same goes for atk6% str7% cdmg7%.
