    yeah it suppose to be 98% and i did 2 calculation. this 1 got 100% while if u do another 1, will get 98% with same 46 pot weapon.

    No devs stopped raising it for those stats after +14 because +15 wasn't added with 150 cap.

    minimum potential: 35

    Step 1: Add Critical Damage +11(remaining pot 2)

    Step 2: Add Critical Rate +1(remaining pot 1)

    Step 3: Add Natural HP regen -7%, Dodge -7, Aggro -10%(remaining pot 123)

    Step 4: Modify Critical Rate 15 times adding 1 each time until you get +16(remaining pot 108)

    Step 5: Add Atk +7%, Critical Damage +16(remaining pot 6, success rate = 100%)


    I just used coryn with this formula(not personally tried it).

    Those you saw are probably only flat Crit and Flat Crit damage.

    Flat stats(Str, Int, etc.) Only goes up to +14.
    Damage to ele% also only goes up to +14.

    You can always post a screenshot showing higher than +14 to prove us wrong. Not that hard if there are many weapons with it.

    CD +16% is more impossible than Int +16.

    You're probably misremembering it.

    CR, CR%, and CD are probably the only ones that can have +16.

    Also these guys have a statter so they probably know what they are talking about. If stat +16 is possible they would've tried it.
