Theyve been stalling for time staying silent, then they announced they will start recovering data and now they didnt even give an estimate, they just said they "failed"? LOL
Pretty sure they knew from day 2 they will need to restore data from old backups and stalled for time as to not get linched by us.

 

...and after the repair, the cooking utensils for the past 2 months were gone without trace and you have to make do with old utensils.

At the very least i would withdraw their paychecks for past 2 months so they can be faster at the restoration process.
