Low Budget INT-less MD Storm Farmer?

As long as you have 100 critical rate and can one shot the mobs any halberd will do, usually hb luk farmers have +20 or more critical rate stat on their hb to reach 100 crit rate, yours don't have that much crit

No? You can make ninja. Even with 1int still be onehitting mobs with wind release.

 

i know but the thread wants to create like storm user without using int (basically tick base skills)
while wind is single aoe which pretty same thing vs dive (also it does 2 aoe tick)

the only best resort is tempest as alternative storm along with STR stats

 

But tempest has small range, while wind release with md has a very big range. It wont crit but dmg is good.

 

the user has already dive so there's no point for getting single strong aoe farming skill

also tempest vs storm md is very small difference radius (already compare it) and that skill can be act as psuedo storm because he/she want a multi tick single skill in jelly and his class is STR LUK which synergy for it(int-less storm can do in MW but in requires very high budget so probably he/she should skip about that build)
