2h changes, Jan 14th

These might not be very accurate observations but i recorded some damages pre and after maintenance of a few skills from the 2h tree:

Assuming your sword technique was at Lv. 10:

Astute is still unchanged, deals 550% your base atk

Spiral Air changed, now dealing 150% your base atk for reduced 4 hits, a rough total of 600% your base atk
(total damage from before was around this much, they reduced the hits but buffed the damage per hit)

Sword Tempest, doubled (not sure) the radius of the hit, 1st hit hits around ~550% of your base atk followed by 5 hits of 100% your base atk
for a total of ~1000% your base atk

Feel free to add changes for Snipe and Rampage and other skills as i have not able to observe them, and tell me if ever my estimates are way off the margin

 

May I ask roughly much more does tempest do compared to before?

no rampage test ? :s

 

Not that big of a change in gunner on snipe just lowered crit rates which is fine. I think a complete crit set would be able to cover up some if not most of the penalty on gunners.
Definitely a plus for bow users. Really hope to see more of them running around instead of boring impact gunners.

 

Snipe can be used by 2H now?

 

No... And never will because 2h leaves no space for Arrow as sub.

Odd that 2H Spiral went down to 4 hits.
1H is 8 hits at level 6-10. (formerly 6 hits)

 

Damage of my rampage last december. Lvl 59, sword tech level 2.



Rampage awhile ago. Level 65 sword tech level 8.

edit: actually the 1st pic has critdmg increase, was using boss dropped ooze armor.

The second pic is only forest wolf armor.

Was using a +8 ganglef on both pics. 97attack yo!

 

My rampage lv7 at lv71 was with crit 100-200 end of slash 8000

 

not sure but before it was around ~750-800% total, placing it 4th in combo makes it ~500-560% total if you used consec

anyway for 1h, spiral air now hits 10x of 45-50% for a total of 450%-500% base atk

 

sound demanding, but how sword tempest damage for 2h? is it good?

can't use rampage for my build xD

 

is the 2nd one smited? and how much is your base atk? around 920-950 ish?

Perhaps I'm not looking closely enough, but it seems like only the first hit in Spiral Air chain Flinches now.
