Nope, it would have been listed otherwise. Its very straightforward to tell if they get affected by those just like how it is known that TEC boosts chronos.
Strike stab gets multiplier from STR and that's it for it as well.
You can try confirming it in game but its not worth it if you can not gather data on a spread sheet after using a dagger skill 1000 times each for no LUK/TEC, max LUK and max TEC.
People often use it like 10 times which has a real possibility that it might activate 5-7 times on a full LUK char, making them believe that LUK increased the chance when infact it is just RNG.

 

If you change the 1h in this build to proto clarity will it potentially out damage 2h against high defense bosses?
