2H or 1H better?

Hi all, i'm new here. Please help me choose. which is the best build? 2H or 1H + Shield? what suggestion build you guys have for both (Stat/Skill)?

 

Three sword is better.......

Toram is class free MMORPG, thus there is no so called best classes in this game. Depend on what types of play you want. We can’t help you decide which is better.

 

umm. so i have to trial and error until i find what best with my style.
if i reset skill or create a new char, will bonus Skill Point will still there?

 

Will, the bonus earn from emblem will still give you back when create new character.

Not a need for try and error, in here or YouTube there already have lot of post for each types of build, what you need just to go have a look and choose which one you like the most.

Survivability wise, 1h shield, considering they have the almighty Perfect Defense skill.
2h has better damage, but with the right equipments it can also be a thicc semi tank.

 

i prefer 1h + shield too, but so hard to find a good shield. any suggestion how to get one?

 

try asking for help if you want a really good shield right now, but if your level is low, even the blacksmith will not avail the higher tier shields. Instead, try to grind first

 

Right now,

Get yourself the white chocolate sword, Oni Garb, Oni Horns, and then go Str Vit on a 2hs.

I'm assuming you're a new player, Don't miss out.

 

Low crit, massssive whiff, 60(30bers) stab, and and no aggro? Whats the highlight? soloablility until 150s parties? help me understand

 

Low Crit?

Blade skills are pumped with Crit giving skills. No aggro means you don't have to worry about dealing with boss redzones and auto attacks and can consistently spam impact meteor or Buster for a neutral proration combo.

37.5 + 20 + 10 crit = 67.5 Crit. That's not counting XTAs, Food, Ava, and Skills. Easy to hit 100. If you go Berserk Route, then Stability is obviously a trade off. (I personally don't use it because I'm a semi tank and I need that Defense)

On top of that, you get a huge bump in HP so even if you mistime the meteor, nothing to worry about. And the damage growth is double that of Dex with these garbs.

 

Other than for solo purpose, Choco eater isn't that great tbh. Id rather make it semi-tank by using integridar. You'd lose some total ATK if you don't refine it to +S, with no CDMG stat from weapon and armor you'd lose over 60% CDMG, and higher chance to graze

 

Unfortunately, no one can get their hands on an integridar right now. Those that have it should probably be decent at the game by now.

Choco eater is amazing for party purpose too. Can spam without worry. Though right now, Carbuncle is probably the most gorgeous 2h I've ever seen.

75 CR and huge stability omg.

 

Carbuncle is most definitely Aso's homage to the Final Fantasy Series. Same color theme and all. It can't possibly be a coincidence, can it?

 

It made me laugh when they mixed the pikachu and carbuncle colors and nams but the sword made me stare in wonder. I reset my skills and stats so only my tank, who just so happened to have dps sword skills too, may get to try it out.
