30 days leveling ticket not reflecting in game after purchase

I purchased 30 days leveling ticket using Google Play Store Balance and amount got deducted but the item isn't reflected in the game yet. It's been one day I have tried complete transaction but nothing is happened. Also tried reinstalling the game still no progress. No response from asobimo apart from the words that it can take more than 24 hours to reflect. What should I do it's been 2 days now!??
