+5 sp lvl award question

I had a quick question regarding those extra +5 stat points that's shared across accounts when we reach certain levels. I already have a full luk mage/rest int lvl120 farmer that's benefited from getting those extra +5 stat points while I was capping my main. Rather then getting a reset book, I was thinking about starting fresh at lvl 0 so I could add some new skills and less of others. Does anyone know if I delete my original luk to remake again, will all those +5 sp that I recieve still apply to my new char (or anyother new chars) if I start new?
