    I know 10-30 Tattered catalogs can be used change hairstyles but since they can stk to 999 can you make anything with all those?

    Both of these things sound rewarding and all buuuuut is there an actual item that can be synthed for 999 or is that just something the devs did to help conserve inventory space? Cause that doesn't seem like them.
