A (quick??) question

Hmm. So, I didn't know where to post this thread, so I put it in General Discussion. Well, I restarted Toram with on my account about a month ago, and courtesy of levelling guides, reached lvl 150 very quick after completing the MQ to attain the heavenly lvl 4 skills. However, this is where the problem comes. Attaining lvl 150 has been my goal for a while, and in the quest to achieve that it's right to say I've ignored.....some material needs of my character to be precise: The gear. That doesn't mean I've been using adventure garb and beginner spear. It's just that my equipments are boss drops (A halberd from Venena and Tempest Arrow from somewhere I don't remember) My character is a halberd with some arrow and some dagger skills (A weird mishmash created from trying out skills from different builds). And while I do have a Book of Oblivion to reset it, but don't have the money or equipment to support said builds (I have about 900k spina with me, less than enough for a good armor.) Anyway, for those who've suffered through this whole rant, this is my final question which I could've posted in the beginning but didn't since I'm an insufferable idiot - Is there any weapon which can give a high damage with low end or low budget equipment?? Enough for me to tide over until I can get some spina to buy xtals. (Sees the 19m price, faints dead).

Try refining the lil empress halberd and get
tyrant mask from tyrant machina, buy a muscle talis 4 ns and you done. Dragon Tooth doesnt need crit but you would want crit for proration and ampr

 

Idk if I have that (Probably?? I don't remember using it, so it must be stashed in somewhere along with the books?) but I'll see if I do.

Buy old weaps and armors it's not hard to get with low budget

For example fc14 arm + old halb

I'd do arm and halb for you but my bs is only 110 lvl

 

Do xmas sock quest 100 time in this 20 days to get another obli book, dont buy the xmas sock nd xmas item just farm it by kill all mobs/farm nc or fn

I do have a Book of Oblivion and a reset book (which I just recently found out I have) and I'm hanging the Xmas stockings to get another one just for insurance I guess. I'm farming it with the first quest mats.

I used to sell a +s 1s halberd weapon from york, forgot the name because it so hard to remember. It was below 700k I guess. I know it is outdated but gibes decent damage for low budget players like me.

vote up for this one, mage have high versatility even with npc or boss equipments it can cope up

 

Yeah I noticed that while lvling my luck mage

My main is DPS mage 255 int 40 vit 140+ dex I've 3900 matk and finale hits 900k-1m

Luck mage is 135 lvl 255 luck 120+ int, she has 2650 matk and hits 750k near

This is unbalanced I think cuz even with low matk it hits hard

 

If you ain’t really competing for dps rank, then drop gears would suffice, because they have good utility stats too.

I guess I prefer chimera arrow, dagger has better stats than arrow tho but skills :/ arrow better

 

Create new chara at level 1 with lv4 skill and have fun. save the reset book
Anyways search through the database/wiki and find the equipment you can farm from boss, sell the worth part and drops for spina at consignment board. Then start to see outdated equipment in consignment board for cheap price. From that you can start to follow up the events and things will be fine.

 

Speaking about halb weap,try checking 3rd anniv halb too
Since Loli empress weap are now craftable,Anniv weaponry price went down to hell.
Should be easy to find good one,and not much dmg diff too between Anniv and Loli emp (i think)
