About BS Luk

So a friend of mine showed me a youtube video where they claimed that refining to +S with a Luk BS needs just one skill point in refine equipment because refining to +S anyways has just 1% success.
Just wanted to know whether this was true or not and whether anyone else has ever tried it and succeeded?

BS LUK can achieve +S refine with only 1 SP at refine skill ,
what is the difference between lv 1 at refine skill and lvl 10 at refine, mid tier refine and high grade refine

you can see, if you use lv 1, you'll get 3-4 risk tile when refine from 0 to 1 using hematite,
while if you learn all those 3 skill, you only have 1 risk tile

did it matter?
not really since from 0 to B people usually using their TEC instead of LUK

and back at your question,
is that possible to +S with only lv1 skill refine ? answer is yes
is that any difference between learning all the 3 skill and only 1skill? well it just a 1% success rate, what you expect

PS: did learn mastery skill affect success rate? it's just a placebo, but i felt more secure when learning those skill
