about guard/evasion settings

how does auto guard/evasion works? i tried using auto evasion setting on killer mouse mobs from ultimea sewer: E while equiping dagger and light armor, and nothing happen except got hit.

 

Auto sucks. I feel like it's actually based on chance or some specific "movements" or pattern or whatever. It's better to set it to manual imo.

 

automatic evasion works the same as manual evasion.
but instead of initiating evasion by tapping, it triggers automatically if you moving in a direction where there is no attack warning.
but you cannot evade single target attacks that way.
