About rank result...

I haven't understood about the Breaker yet, and now there is Assister. Can anyone please explain me both of them?

 

Breaker is part tap, assister is that old breaker rank that's still confusing everyone for the past 6+ years

 

Assister (formerly Breaker) = the one who changes proration the most

Breaker (new) = the one with the highest score in parts breaking

unless inflicting Flinch, Tumble, Stun or using Fatal Shot also contributes to the score.

What is proration ?

 

Basically, there are three categories of attacks: Normal, Physical and Magic
- Normal is attributed to your standard Auto Attack or special skills like Swift Attack
- Physical is usually a melee Skill (e.g. Buster Blade)
- Magic is generally a magic Skill (e.g. Finale)
If you spam too much of one category (lets say I did my Auto Attack on an enemy at least 5 times), then that type of damage will decrease while also greatly improving the damage of the other two attack types (in this case, Physical and Magic Skills), usually this is to encourage DPS people to not just be mindless Skill spammers (like if I only used Tenryu constantly) & why Impact is such a popular opening Skill for Physical damage combos (to balance said Prorate).
