Account Restriction/Suspension

Umm.. hello everyone. I am in dire need of advice or help. Yesterday, I was unknowingly suspended after logging in. I couldn't think of anything that could possibly break the terms of use in Toram. I wasn't able to seek anything from Discord. I've sent an inquiry yesterday but it wasn't replied within 24 hours. I feel very desperate as of currently, does this mean I am permanently suspended.

I talked about it with my guildmates; and they said these are possibly the cause of my suspension;
1. I lend my refined katana to a guildmate without receiving anything, but they didn't get any suspension
2. I also have an alternate account which I played a lot, and I've been transferring my equipment here and there, but that account is also not suspended

I left the account overnight to request for a prime piercer in town until next morning, and immediately went offline after that. After that, I tried to log in at noon and the suspension message showed up. Could anyone please show me what I have to do in order to solve the matter? I would appreciate it.

Im sorry to hear that. Its difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of suspension, but as you said its probably no.1 and/or no.2. As for why only your account got suspendeed, do you perform these kind of trade a lot on that account?

For the inquiry try waiting for a week, as long you put email address in it there's should be automated response first.

 

I can't say if it's a lot, but I occasionally do them, but I do find myself refining a lot of my guildmate's equipment for free. In which case, they provide me the materials.
