Account suspended.

Hello, goodmorning
My account is currently suspended and I have already sent an email to toram support.
Is there anyone here that have gotten suspended and gotten their account back? I am very sure that I have done nothing illegal, worst I have probably done are trashtalking and some kinky stuff.
Anyone have some insights on my current problem?

 

everyone says that

unless asobimo made a mistake, it's very unlikely that you'll get your account back.
in the best case, the automatic cheat detection got triggered, and you can get unsuspended if they find nothing else to charge against you.
worst case, someone reported you, which is always followed by an investigation of the server logs, and they found you doing something that violates the ToS.
