Since the compensation for the connection error was an adventurer's diary, well then, what's the best way to use it?
Last I recall it's to reset the MQ.

So use it to level? How much exp is the current MQ worth?

 

Yeah I was wondering this too and my other question was... Is the Xp worth it hmm... Maybe I wait for next Mq and do it then reset it.

 

its useful on low level characters for now ..... i am just saving my diary's for the time being ...the more mq they will add the more exp one can get ...

 

I read on another thread that MQ can take you from 188 to 195 (or 0-136). Can skip many rounds of venena ulti..

Venena is actually OK in that you can find a party most of the time... and you don't need to be at cap level tbh

What bosses/minibosses would be best to skip?

 

Yes you don't need to be cap, but I think it is better to reach 195 before the 200 cap (to make it easier on yourself, when the cap comes you wil have less to do).. because 200 cap allows you to have more blacksmith/synth skills.

I think venena ulti would be the best to skip. Venena hard or nm is okay, but so many of the parties I've been in for ulti were very slow. Taking 10-17 minutes to kill for 15% exp... I'd like to skip on that. In my experience, leveling from 0-179 isn't particularly difficult, and there's nothing that stands out as something I'd skip in that range.

 

So if you use this item, it means at level X you can go and do the whole mq again and get the xp from it.

Or it just gives u all the xp that you would have gotten + no need to do any MQ...

Also is this item purchasable?

 

From what I've gathered, no it is not purchasable. Yes you have to redo your MQ (it's not just free exp), and it means you can do the whole mq again (or from a chapter you selected) to get the exp.

adv diary is best for bs chars lvling from 178 to 184 ( skip lynx lvling )

U can go for angel burble, it’s easy to leveling with BS Tank.

 

then where would one use the diary XD

 

For now may not needed, but you can just use it if you lazy on leveling or your character can’t leveling by combat.

 

If you're making a Tec BS and you're kinda in the awkward level ranges, thats when I would use it. Though, I've had 2 other books the whole time and I've never used it XD This would be my 3rd
It gives enough exp to get from 1 to 134 from 1st Chapter, since MQ is terrible, I would say either 4th chapter or 5th chapter would be better to reset to. It's mainly that doing MQ sucks and I hate the whole Nurethoth chapter.

 

each mq mission gives the exp required for 1 levelup at the appropriate level.
so you should use it from the chapter that matches your character's level.
completing the mq once gets you to lv130+, so you should reset to chapter 7 (ultimea) for effective results.

another option is to quit the mq, level by yourself until gets tediously slow (around lv100) and resume mq from there (chapter 5).

 

I'm mostly doing MQ from the start as I have had enough of doing what I was doing for a bit... As I'm just selling stuff on CB for a while anyhow.

 

Yep, that's what I'm doing =) now I want more adventure books haha.
