Agelada's Savage Armor: Do the mobs really drop them?

I just returned and would like to farm for a savage armor (mob's version), in which both the Coryn Club's and in-game information both says they're dropped from Agelada. There is the Ageladonios' version as well, but I thought it might take even longer to obtain a 1-slotted, so I chose to farm for Agelada's version.



However, I have been farming for several days, several hours a day, and got none of them yet.

I use my hb luck farmer

• 255 LCK
• +50 % drop rate from book
• farm along with cf & sat merc

Are they really dropped from Agelada? It's unusually hard for a mobs drop. I am all right with the drop rate of Sealing Talisman [Dagger] from Besy, but felt this Savage Mail [Armor] really tires me. _ _"

I still have books to continue, but wouldn't want to waste it unless I find it worthy.

 

Yes the mob armor version does drop from Agelada, but it's very low drop rate, I remember farming it for hours with full pt when the map first appeared, and we all thought the drop rate was lower than an xtal lol, i only managed to get 1 from the mobs a few days later, and an armor from the miniboss during a drop rate boost event.

 

So the drop rate is really that low. (/д\)⊰⊹ Not a nice decision going straight for it right away like this haha.

Now I felt much better that it wasn't just me being so unlucky, and can now consider whether it's worth my books and time or not.

@«HVGEEK» It drops easy when you don't really need it, you can trick the algorithm. You can figure it out. Goodluck! ^_^

 

Thanks, @RyeUshio! That's a nice way of thinking, and to be honest, I have to admit it almost always worked that way as well xD.

I might just continue with other things, and maybe use the drop books once I do really have to continue levelling at Ageladonios. At least I'd get levels and experiences I aim for. Savage Mail would be an extra, so not to be so nervous for it by that way. (>w<)b

 

Yep, that's the way. You can boost some friends / guildies around that level, if you're gonna use a high level character. ^_^
