    Has anyone else had trouble making the new limited staffs?

    I have a int bs with 75 pro and I have made about 25-30 with all of them failing.

    Just my bad luck or what?

    if the difficulty is higher than your profiency you are almost guaranteed to fail. but you can raise your difficulty level with TEC.
    it's not as useless as many people say it is ;)
    (and for some odd reason it increases max MP)
