Any insight about the Dual Wield 6-slash attack animation?

Hello there, 2nd post in the forum. I became curious when I suddenly observed something about the very long attack animation of dual wields. The usual normal attack after the unsheathe attack does 4 slashes:




But then I suddenly observed it doing 6 slashes:



My questions are, is this attack special in any way? Is there some way to make the game use that animation more often? Or is it just....normal?

every weapon has 2 attack animations which alternate randomly.
the attack power is the same, it's just to make the movement less repetitive.
