ATK increase after crafting

    There's something I've been wondering. Is there any way to increase atk after crafting? I usually see around 3atk increase (for example base 313 +3 =316atk) (I'm not talking about refined equipment).
    I mean look at this. A guild member of mine share this. Anniv 2h vii base atk is 313 but this guy managed to increase it by 37 atk to 350. Is that even possible?

    Not possible. What the outcome is when you make an equip is what you get. If they managed to get +37, they must have really good luck
