Banned account retrieval(sounds wrong but please read)

Hello is there any way of retrieving a banned account. The reason i was banned in the first place is that the system thought that the account is hacked. Why? Because i switched devices. They want me to specify which device is the previous account used to be. I go ahead and do so but for some unknown reason i cannot submit "Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T295" on the confirmation email sent by them in game. But this happened months ago already. Is there still hope for me to get my account back?

try again. when you login on new device and can't login, just wait till you get a confirmation mail to submit your device. but,
if you see an inquiry id on the notice, your journey to explore toram must end here.
